There's a throughline in everything I've done: I show up, I follow through, and I don't stop communicating until the job is done.

With over a decade embedded in the world of major general contractors and developers, I learned this industry from the inside out — speaking the language of architects, engineers, and trades, and becoming the person everyone called when a project needed to get back on track. (Years of managing bands as a musician didn't hurt either — turns out contractors and bandmates require the same mix of diplomacy and iron will.)

I'm a proud taskmaster, but a warm one. I believe great project management lives and dies on communication, transparency, and genuine partnership.

Beyond the build, I care deeply about the environment, the socioeconomic ripple effects of how and where we build, and empowering women — especially young women — to take up space in industries that haven't always made room for them.
